There are multiple ways to collect images through Image Review! One of these ways is via the "Album" module.
Below, I will explain exactly how this works.
In the left menu, you can click on "Album".
Next, you can create a new album:
You will now see that the album appears in the list of albums. In that same list, you will also see a blue cloud with an upward arrow. This is the upload page.
If you click on this, you will be taken to the page where customers can upload their images. Important: This link never changes!
You can share this link via newsletters, social media channels, order confirmations, etc. A common practice among customers is to place it behind a QR code and include it with their packages.
Enabling and Disabling Fields
On the page, you will see several fields. We understand that you might want to make certain fields mandatory or hide them altogether. This can all be customized.
Go to the left menu and navigate to Settings -> Album Form Settings. From there, you can choose to display and/or require the following fields.
Don't forget that you can further motivate your customers by attaching a fun contest to it! For example, the best submitted photo could receive a 10% discount on their next order. If you really want to encourage participation, this works very well: Submit the best photo and win your purchase amount back!
